About Meros Group

Property expertise,
connected.

Meros Group brings together Professionals real estate sales, property management, Spaces home staging and Carpet Lab cleaning, supported by our own operational technology.

How the group works

Specialist teams. Shared direction.

We are an Auckland-based property group with teams focused on sales, residential management, staging and carpet cleaning. Each business brings its own expertise, with coordination across the group when your property needs more than one service.

Whether you are preparing to sell, letting a home or managing a residential portfolio, start with the team that fits your needs. Additional services are agreed and quoted separately, so you know who is doing the work and what is included.

How it started

It started with a rent roll.

“We stopped referring the work out, and built the divisions ourselves.“

Meros began with property management in Auckland in 2010. That experience shaped the group we run today: Professionals Meros Group for residential sales, Meros Group Management for rentals, Spaces for staging and Carpet Lab for carpet and upholstery cleaning. Our technology division develops the internal systems that support those teams.

The people running it
